  • Password
  • PIN
  • Social Security number
  • One-time passcodes
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes
  • To send money to yourself
  • Debit Card Number
  • Credit Card Number
What to do if you receive a suspicious request:
  • Hang up and call your credit union directly using the contact information on their official website
  • Don’t click links in suspicious emails or texts
  • Don’t open attachments in suspicious emails
  • Use strong, unique passwords for your online banking accounts and update them regularly
