Lock and Unlock your Card

Control right at your fingertips with the ability to lock and unlock your card. This will turn your card on or off to allow for transactions to be placed.

Alerts and Controls

Keep up with all activity on your credit cards by setting up customizable alerts and controls such as spending limits, transaction types (ATM’s, online purchases, in-store purchases), merchant types (Restaurants, Retail stores, Age restricted etc.) and locations.

Initiate Disputes

We’ve made initiating disputes just a little easier. Head to your Transaction Detail Page, select the transaction in question and select a reason for dispute or customize your response. Our team will be notified immediately and get to work assisting you.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Misplaced your card? Head to the app and let us know it’s been lost or stolen. Give us the date and any other details so we can make sure your card is deactivated. Stay one step ahead in preventing fraud.
